Senior Advisor, Financial Services Practice Lead

Beth Pasciucco

Beth is a senior financial services marketing executive with a track record of growing businesses, brands, and customer relationships in a wide range of markets. After over a decade in the agency business, she moved to the corporate side, as Chief Marketing Officer at Fidelity Investments retail division. Subsequently, she was named Managing Director, running Institutional Marketing at Putnam Investments and then as Worldwide Partner and head of Global Marketing at Mercer Consulting, post their merger. She moved to NY to take the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Morgan Stanley, after which she served as Head of Brand Management and Customer Experience at AXA, the world’s largest insurance firm.

Beth brings not only her expertise in financial services, but also in start up and mid range companies in technology and talent management, and her service in the non-profit sector.

While serving on the Board of Directors at her alma mater, Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, Massachusetts, the first, all- girls high school in New England, Beth was asked to step in as President for 18 months until a successor was named. She remains on that board, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at St. Jean Baptiste – a high school on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, as well as the Next Step Foundation, Cambridge, Massachusetts non-profit addressing the needs of young adults with life-threatening illnesses – including cancer, HIV, sickle cell disease, and genetic disorders.
