Over the course of a highly successful career in IT and financial services, Patrick realized that people and teams are the linchpin of any successful growth strategy. That’s why he has made it his mission to helps brands pursue clear, measurable missions and drive transformational change. His work focuses mainly on working with investors, for profit and not-for-profit companies to drive initiatives in service of accelerating goal achievement.

Patrick serves on the board of Hurricane Island Center for Science and Leadership and has been on the board of Ragged Mountain Recreational Area Foundation, The Center for Maine Contemporary Art, and the Penobscot Bay Maritime Museum, and has been a Top Gun Mentor for the Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development.
