Bob is focused on digital transformation and practical implementations of Generative AI, and has been immersed in the Generative AI field for the last year with his eye on real use cases of Generative AI in business.
Bob most recently was VP of Product Marketing at Novo Insurance, leading all aspects of product marketing for a Silicon Valley based disruptive Insurtech. In his role he is responsible for customer experience, web site, APP, advertising & a loyalty program. Previously Bob was the VP of Digital Strategy and Marketing Technologies at FordDirect. In this role at FordDirect and working with Ford NA digital, Bob was responsible for Media Tech Strategy, Cross Tier Strategy and Data Capture & Enablement and overall Digital Technical Strategy for Omni-Channel marketing & personalization.
Bob also served as a consultant at Ford Motor Company, leading a Tier 1 personalization team which focused on building foundational marketing technology to support the future of one-to-one personalized experiences for Ford Consumers.
He has been a board member of the Direct Marketing Association of Detroit as well as a Techstar mentor. Prior to joining FordDirect he led various entrepreneurial and technology ventures where he lived and worked across 4 continents and 2 exits.
